1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease 8" square baking dish.
2. Mix together soup and milk in bowl. Add chicken and stir.
3. Pour into baking dish and bake 40 minutes, do not cover.
4. Stir and then sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
5. Bake an additional 5-10 minutes or until noodles are crispy and lightly browned.
