Creamy Cucumber & Slaw Tuna Melts |

Ingredients
|
*1 1/2 C coleslaw mix, shredded
*1 (9.25 oz.) can of white tuna in water, drained and broken up
*2 Tbsp of white salad dressing
*2 Tbsp creamy cucumber dressing
*2 hoagie or other sandwich buns, split and toasted
*2 oz. Swiss cheese, sliced thin

Directions

1. Stir the coleslaw mix and tuna together in a bowl.
2. In a separate bowl whisk together the two dressings then add to the tuna.
3. Spoon the tuna mixture onto the open, toasted hoagie buns then broil (4 to 6 inches away) for 2 minutes.
4. Add a slice of cheese to each sandwich and broil 30 seconds or until melted.

Tuna and cucumber are a great combination, so don't skip the cucumber dressing on this recipe. The coleslaw adds a nice crunch to the sandwich and who can resist Swiss cheese on tuna? These are all great flavors coming together in a perfect sandwich.
Choose smaller rolls, or even English muffins if you want to make dainty sandwiches for book club or any other nice luncheon. Enjoy!
