1. Put pork in crock pot. Sprinkle salt on top.
2. Combine remaining ingredients (except cornstarch, water and buns) then add to crock pot.
3. Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours.
4. Take pork out of crock pot.
5. Combine cornstarch and water in a little bowl.
6. Slowly stir into sauce in crock pot.
7. Cover and cook on high 20 minutes, stirring a few times, until thickened.
8. Shred pork then mix with sauce.
