1. Peel down four sides of cucumber using peeler shaping the cucumber into a square, being sure to leave some visible peel.
2. Cut cucumber into bit sized chunks (about 1 inch).
3. Without going all the way to the bottom, use the melon baller to scoop out a hole in the middle of cucumber chunks creating a bowl type shape.
4. Fill inside with garlic and herb cream cheese or dill dip.
