Story
|
This is a Laotian dessert that will be well received by anyone with a sweet tooth.
If you haven't tried Durian fruit before, you might be surprised at how tasty it is after you smell it. Yes, the Durian fruit has a distinctively strong odor that can be somewhat offensive and overpowering. But, once you get past that, you'll find the pale yellow flesh of this fruit to have a creamy, custard texture with a mild almond type flavor.
