Easy Garlic Green Beans


* 2 lbs fresh green beans, trimmed
* 4 garlic cloves, sliced
* 6 cups chicken broth


1. Saute garlic in a nonstick saucepan over medium high heat for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add broth and green beans and simmer for 20 minutes.


I use to boil my green beans in water until I discovered the joys of cooking my veggies in chicken broth. Yummy! And garlic always adds a burst of flavor to green beans, but saute them first and you'll see the difference it makes! Great!
