1. In crock pot add the meat, soup, mushrooms, water, and onion flakes, and stir gently to mix.
2. Set crock pot to LOW heat, cover, and cook for 6 to 8 hours or until meat is tender. Taste and season with salt and pepper if desired before serving.
3. Serve over hot cooked noodles with sprinkling of fresh parsley on each plate.
