Easy Savory Cauliflower Bake

* 1/4 teaspoon pepper
* 3 cloves garlic, minced

1. Preheat oven to 400.

4. Transfer to a large baking sheet.
5. Bake for 40 minutes.

This is a great way to fix a cauliflower side dish for a holiday table. You don't have to worry about watching the pot to make sure the cauliflower doesn't overcook and get mushy.

This cauliflower side dish also is a bit surprising with the addition of garlic. It really adds another layer of flavor and is surprising just how interesting the combination is. Cauliflower has such a distinct flavor itself, but when you add the garlic it really makes a difference. Very interesting...
