* 1/2 lb pkg frozen breaded fish patties
* 1/4 cup onion, diced fine
* 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped fine
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger root, grated
* 1/4 c melted butter
If you keep a few packages of breaded, frozen fish patties on hand for quick meals, this is a great way to dress them up a bit so your meal seems a bit more personal, and a little less pre-packaged. The mix of flavors, and the butter of course, really add to the fish patties. Serve along with some sweet green peas and new red potatoes sprinkled with a little parsley, and your plates will look very fancy, indeed!
