Green Apple Salad for St. Patrick’s Day
Ingredients
* 3 Green Apples (diced into bite size pieces)
* 1 Cup Celery (chopped)
* 1/2 Cup Walnuts
* 1 Cup Green Grapes
* 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
* Salt & Pepper (as desired)
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients together coating very well with mayonnaise.
2. Place in refrigerator to cool for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
