Grilled Cheese Rolls |
Ingredients

* 2 C white bread crumbs
* 1 (8 oz) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
* 1 onion, chopped
* 1 tbsp parsley
* 1 tsp mustard powder
* 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
* 1 tbsp water
* 1 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp pepper
* Olive oil for basting

Directions

1. Place the bread crumbs and the cheese into the food processor.
2. Add the onion and parsley and process until dough begins to form.
3. Add the mustard, Worcestershire sauce and water,
4. Process just enough to mix the spices into the dough.
5. Add the salt and pepper and process 10 seconds longer.
6. Remove the dough and divided into eight pieces.
7. Form each piece into roll.
8. The grill is heated to medium high temperature.
9. Brush the rolls generously with the olive oil.
10. Grill for 10 minutes, turning often for even browning.
