1. Blend cream cheese and dried apricots.
2. Mix in mustard.
3. Add apricot jam and stir well.
4. Spread cream cheese on one side of a piece of cinnamon raisin bread.
5. Layer meat on top of cinnamon raisin bread.
6. Take a piece of whole wheat bread and spread cream cheese on one side.
7. Continue in that order until all the bread is used.
8. Cut into finger sandwiches and serve.
