*2 tbsp vegetable oil
*2 tbsp honey
*1/3 C nonfat dry milk
*1 1/2 tsp salt
*3 1/2 C of bread flour
*1/2 C cornmeal
*1 1/4 tsp of yeast
1. Break the egg into a measuring cup and add just enough water to make 1 1/2 C of liquid.
2. Place all the ingredients into the bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
3. Select the basic cycle and when completed remove the cornbread to cool.
Even though this cornbread has honey in the ingredients, keep the honey close by when you dig into this loaf of bread. Let the bread cool slightly, then slice and drizzle honey on top. This is a nice treat on a cold winter morning. Enjoy!
