Rachael Ray's 30-Minute Healthy Recipes
*3 C finely diced seedless watermelon
*2 jalape˝o peppers, seeded and minced
*1/3 C chopped cilantro
*1/4 C lime juice
*1/4 C minced red onion
1. Place watermelon and peppers in a bowl.
2. Stir in cilantro and onion.
3. Pour lime juice over mixture.
4. Stir well.
5. Cover and refrigerate.
6. Serve cold with tortilla chips.
