Kiwi Strawberry Apples & Spice |
Ingredients

* 2 kiwi fruits, peeled and cut in half
* 1 apple, cored and roughly chopped
* 10 strawberries, stem and top peeled off
* Cinnamon powder

Directions

1.Blend all the fruit until smooth and sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
2. Cinnamon has been shown to help control blood sugar levels, which is great for avoiding energy slumps.
