1. Toss together the flour, salt and pepper in a shallow mixing bowl.
2. Add the chops to the flour mixture and cover both sides completely.
3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
4. Spray a baking dish with a non stick cooking spray.
5. Lay the chops in a single layer in the baking dish.
6. Bake 25 minutes.
7. Remove the chops from the oven.
8. Reduce the heat to 325 degrees.
9. Place one pineapple slice on top of each chop.
10. Place back in the oven and cook 20 minutes.
