Not Like Grandma’s Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

*2 (15 oz) cans sweet potatoes
*1/4 C orange juice
*3/4 C all-purpose flour
*1/2 C white sugar
*1 tsp ground cinnamon
*1 pinch salt
*1/2 C margarine
*1 1/2 C miniature marshmallows

Directions

1. After draining sweet potatoes place them in a baking dish.
2. Cover potatoes with orange juice.
3. In a large mixing bowl mix together flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt.
4. Cut margarine into mixture with a pastry blender.
5. Place crumbly mixture over top of potatoes.
6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
7. Bake 30 minutes.
8. Place marshmallows on top.
9. Broil just until marshmallows start to brown.

Story

This is how I got my kids to eat sweet potatoes, and they still love them. Those toasted marshmallows are just too pretty to resist!
