Parmesan Italian Potato Wedges


*1/3 C of margarine (or butter)melted
*1/4 C Parmesan cheese, grated
*1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
*1/8 tsp prepared (jarred) garlic
*1 pinch of salt
*1 pinch of pepper
*3 baking potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 8 wedges each)


1. Preheat the oven to 425 and line a baking sheet with foil.
2. Mix the butter, cheese, seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper together.
3. Coat potato wedges with the butter/cheese mixture
4. Place on the baking sheet and bake 30 to 40 minutes of until tender.


Parmesan cheese and garlic make everything better! These oven fried potato wedges are very delicious and actually have been known to be a main course in our family! They are especially good for lazy afternoons, like game or race day, when sitting around the TV with a platter of these potato wedges is our favorite past time. Let them cool and eat them with your fingers, dipping in some ranch style dip or even ketchup. It's all good!
