PB & Apple Bite-Size Sandwiches


* 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
* 1 apple, cored, peeled and diced
* 1 tsp sugar
* 1 tbsp cinnamon
* 8 no salt crackers


1. Microwave the peanut butter in a microwave bowl for 20 seconds or until melted.
2. Mix the diced apples into the peanut butter coating them well.
3. In a small bowl put the sugar and cinnamon and toss to combine.
4. Combine the sugar mixture with the peanut mixture.
5. Spread the mixture on half of the crackers.
6. Place the remaining crackers on top.
7. Place in the freezer at least for 30 minutes.


These little bite sized "sandwiches" are very tasty and just plain cute. Be sure to put them in the freezer to firm up before serving. Make a couple batches when you have a house full of kids, and bring out a platter stacked high for a little snack in between games or movies.
