Peanut Butter and Raisin Granola Clusters


* 1/4 C of raisins
* 1/4 C finely grated carrots
* 1/4 C granola
* 1/4 C of wheat germ
* 1/4 C sunflower seeds
* 1 tbsp runny honey
* 3 tbsp peanut butter


1. Place the raisins and carrots into a mixing bowl.
2. Add in the granola and wheat germ.
3. Sprinkle in the sunflower seeds and toss to combine well.
4. Fold in the honey and peanut butter until completely mixed in.
5. Form the mixture into equal size balls.
6. Line a cookie sheet completely with wax paper.
7. Place the balls on the wax paper and allow to set up in refrigerator.


I'm not sure exactly how or when we discovered the benefits of making granola and turning it into a snack, but I'm sure glad we did! My family could practically live on this stuff, and often when the day is especially hectic, we do. Try making just one batch of these little treats and you'll be hooked, just like us.
