* 3 C brown rice, cooked
* 1 tsp. dried minced onions
* 1 (9 oz.) can peas and carrots, drained
* 2 TBSP parsley
* 2 TBSP margarine
1. Place the minced onions in the cooked rice.
2. Stir being sure to mix onions completely through the rice.
3. Place the rice in a large saucepan.
4. Add the peas and carrots.
5. Stir in the parsley.
6. Add the margarine.
7. Cook over medium heat 20 minutes or until completely heated through.
