* 2 (15 oz.) cans sweet potatoes with juice, cut into 1/2 inch chunks
* 1/2 C firmly packed brown sugar
* 1/4 C fat-free margarine, melted
* 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
* 1/4 C chopped pecans
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Place the sweet potatoes with the juice into a large baking pan.
3. Place the pecans on top of the potatoes.
4. Sprinkle with the brown sugar.
5. Dot with the margarine.
6. Bake 30 minutes.
