Salsa Soup

Ingredients

* 1 Large Can of Chicken Broth
* Cooked cubed chicken or canned chicken (whatever is leftover is great)
* Salsa
* Chili powder - 1 t to 1 T or to taste
* Salt (optional)
* (cooked leftover rice or pasta, optional)

Directions

1. On the stovetop, heat the chicken broth until just below boiling
2. Add remaining ingredients
3. Heat thoroughly and add additional spices to taste

Story

My daughters call this "mish-mash" soup because I really do just throw in any type of leftover veggie, pasta, rice and chicken we have in the fridge, add some salsa and spices and it's great! Makes for an easy and quick lunch meal...and it's pretty healthy too!
