Rachael Ray's 30-Minute Healthy Recipes
* 1 C of vanilla soy milk
* 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
* 1 medium banana, quartered
* 3 ice cubes
1. Pour the soy milk and chocolate into the blender and add the bananas and ice cubes.
2. Blend until very smooth, pulsing and scraping the sides as needed.
3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Soy milk has a nice silky texture so this smoothie turns out nice and creamy.
If you don't buy vanilla soy milk normally, you can add a drop or two of vanilla extract. Give the smoothie a taste test, then add more if needed.
