Three Cheese Veggie & Pasta Shells


*1 (10 oz.) pkg. pasta shells
*2 cups frozen mixed veggies (any combination)
*1 C of milk
*1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
*1/4 tsp of pepper
*3/4 C Swiss cheese, shredded
*1/4 C Parmesan cheese, grated


1.Cook the shells according to the package adding the vegetables during the last 5 minutes.
2.Place the milk, cream cheese and pepper into a pan and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
3.Stir the pasta and vegetables and both cheeses into the sauce until blended well.


What a smart way to get your kids to eat their veggies! It works every time... cover veggies in a cheesy sauce and you can't lose! Enjoy!
