1. Slice off a small portion of the bottom of the strawberry allowing it to sit flat.
2. Push 2 almond slivers in the top of each strawberry, near the narrow end, for the ears.
3. With a sharp pointed knife make a small hole in the back, the fat end, of each strawberry.
4. Push a half string of licorice in each hole for the tail.
5. Place the mice on the triangles of cheese to serve.
