Wheat Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies


*1 C of crunchy peanut butter
*1 egg
*1/2 C rolled oats
*1/2 C granulated sugar
*1/4 C chocolate chips
*1 tsp vanilla extract


1. Heat the oven temperature to 325 degrees.
2. Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir to blend together well.
3. Form the dough into small balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
4. Flatten the balls with a fork.
5. Bake 20 minutes then move to wire racks to cool.
