Easy Salmon Patties


* 2 large cans of salmon with bones
* 2 eggs
* Saltines or butter flavored crackers (like Ritz)
* Vegetable oil


1. Drain salmon and pick large bones and skin out.
2. Add 2 eggs and 12-15 crackers.
3. Mix together and shape into hamburger sized patties.
4. Heat oil in an electric skillet, griddle, or pan.
5. Fry patties until browned on both sides.

We like to eat ours with ketchup and homemade fried potatoes (sliced potatoes & onion slices fried with a little vegetable oil in a cast iron skillet).

Tip: You can simplify this recipe by using canned salmon that is already bone and skin free.
